GocStock is coming back in '10 for its fifth and biggest year.
A fresh festival site, a new set of artists as well as the return of our favourites, a new website and a whole bag of tricks are bubbling away in fine combination with the best of the last four years 'stock madness.
This is your chance to get involved as an Artist, Performer, Volunteer or Trader. Send us your application via the menu on the left and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Remember, the more unique your pitch or proposition the better your odds are.
Bands, Artists and Performers who haven't played GocStock yet will have to pay a £50 holding fee. This fee is paid back as long as the Band, Artists, Performers turn up and perform at the designated time and venue. The fee will be paid back within one week of the completion of the event. A lot of promotion is involved in our events and unfortunately some bands will try to exploit that by agreeing to play, appearing on the bill and then callously not appearing. This way they harvest the promotion and feel they don't need to perform.
Each Band, Artist, Performer and Trader is also included in our Artist, Performers & traders database which forms part of the backbone for our festival campaigns (to date including Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Notting Hill Carnival, GocStock, 2000 Trees Festival, Nowhere Festival, Alchemy Festival, Small World Festival).
In essence if you are on our database we will match you to in house events and outsource you to other festivals that need an artist in a specific genre.
We run a 'No conflict' policy with traders. This means that if you are primarily selling Pies at our event then we guarantee there will be no one else selling the same product. This way your pitch stays exclusive and profitable.
