TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

BY APPLYING PLAY GOCSTOCK V  YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

 

1. Incorrect or incomplete forms will not be considered.
2. Late entries will not be considered
3. Bands, Artists and Performers need to turn up and perform at the designated time and venue..
4. It is also the responsibility of the band to promote the day/evening you are playing; you should link to the GocStock website as we will be linking to yours.
5. Tickets will be available from online ticket outlets and will be available from February the 1^st.
6. The dates for GocStock V are the 18^th Ð 20^th of June, 2010.
7. The venue will be announced on February the 1^st with the launch of the GocStock.com website.
8. A lack of availability constitutes as opting out of your GocStock V performance.
9. Times of your performance will be confirmed closer to or on the night.
10. Kit Kaboodle ask that you put a link on your website/myspace to the Kit Kaboodle and GocStock website. The url addresses that you provide us with will be linked to from our social networking publications and may appear on printed advertising mediums.
11. Each Band, Artist, Performer and Trader is also included in our Artist, Performers & traders database which forms part of the backbone for our festival campaigns (to date including Glastonbury, Secret Garden Party, Notting Hill Carnival, GocStock, 2000 Trees Festival, Nowhere Festival, Alchemy Festival, Small World Festival).
